We get A LOT of sunlight coming in our back window/doors early in the morning. So much light that it is sometimes blinding. Most days I don't care for the light. It's hard to see the tv, hard to see the laptop screen, and hard to just be in the room. When you first wake up your eyes are still a little heavy, and the light is just too harsh.
Yesterday I loved the light. Neen was putting on her boots, and I noticed her perfect little shadow on the wall. I told her to freeze and not to move while I ran for my phone, and my camera to capture those little hands, those round cheeks, and amazing eyelashes. I love this photo... the way she's standing, and the lollipop she begged for so early in the morning.
She thought it was pretty funny that I liked her "shadow". She said it was just like Little Bear's.
